BEDFORD COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — Police say a Bedford is facing charges after he allegedly exposed himself to a woman, through an open window, as she was getting out of her car.
According to the affidavit, Bedford Police were contacted in late March after a woman reported that a man had exposed himself to her through a window, while also "touching himself," at a residence along South Richard Street.
Police say the man was later identified as 25-year-old Robert Imler Jr.
Authorities say when they questioned Imler, he claimed that he was wearing boxer shorts while standing at the window, but later stated that "it could be possible" that someone saw him naked through the window.
Police say Imler then stated that he was "a little bit" naked at the time but claimed that his drapes were barely open and there was no one outside the residence.
Investigators say during a follow-up interview, Imler reportedly admitted to being naked in front of the open window but denied "touching himself."
According to online court records, Imler faces several charges including indecent exposure and open lewdness.
